Refund policy

**UPDATE TO OUR RETURN POLICY - DUE TO COVID ALL SALES ARE FINAL**

​The following below is in effect once Covid restrictions have been lifted by the CDC.

Exchanges

​Exchanges will be accepted within 3 days of purchase for items that are unopened and unaltered and still in its original packaging with receipt. 

​Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We offer a refund if there is a manufacturer defect. No chemicals can be refunded. 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please refer to the exchange policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages due to mishandling by USPS/DHL/FEDEX carriers.

 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
